SUNSET COVE, Tarrytown
The Sun was far from setting at the postcard of a spot on the same Hudson I pass weekly on The Amtrak Empire Builder. The Tappanzee Bridge wounded but standing was in close view as were the barges sliding under. Surprisingly good Italian treats were offered at a place that could also slide by... on its view. Verdure(directly above was the star caponata, artichokes, roasted peppers and olives in a sleeve.
The margarita flatbread and mixed vegetables also fresh and vibrant tastes.
