OFF the train from Albany and my colleague and I meet to try the restaurant of a great basketball player , a superb announcer, and a man who is know for his style and grace...and now he has a restaurant that echos all those traits and experiences. It is fine dining if you want it (and I did) and a sports bar if that's your ticket and a great wine list and food that runs from terrific lobster Thai curry to spiritualicious risotto...to celery sorbet or a melon and feta salad. Tuta bene. And there is Mr.Frazier's personal presence and commitment. Knick fans and Clyde fans will go...food and wine fans who loved Red  or Cousey or Wilt or Russell or hockey or plants or opera should because this place has a fun welcoming vibe and darn good eats.
